How it works

From a stuck file to a signed lease — in one message.

No portal to learn, no account to create, no minimum volume. You send the requirements, we do the sourcing, the verifying and the landlord calls, and you get back options that are ready to sign.

The process

Four steps. You're only involved in two of them.

1

You send the file

Through the form or by forwarding whatever you already have — a claim summary, an email, even a screenshot. The essentials: ZIP, budget, bedrooms, move-in date, duration, pets. The rest is optional.

We sweep every source

Listed and off-market inventory, side by side — furnished and unfurnished, houses and apartments. We pre-screen against the constraints that usually kill a placement before wasting anyone's time.

3

We get landlords on the phone

Every shortlisted home is confirmed with the owner directly: still available, real price, pets allowed, terms workable. Options that can't actually close never reach you.

4

You pick, we coordinate

You receive 2–3 verified options. Choose one, and we carry it through to lease signature — keeping the landlord warm and you updated the whole way.

What we need from you

Six fields is enough to start.

The more you give us, the sharper the match — but don't hold a file back waiting for details. We'll ask if something's missing.

  • ZIP code(s) — one, or a few if the family is flexible on area.
  • Monthly budget — the ALE allowance, the stipend, or the corporate cap.
  • Bedrooms & occupants — so we match the standard of living, not just a price.
  • Move-in date & duration — including "open-ended" if repairs or the assignment could run long.
  • Furnished or unfurnished — or "either", and we present both where it makes sense.
  • Pets & anything disqualifying — the constraints that matter most, up front.

The deliverable

What lands in your inbox

A short placement brief — 2 to 3 options, each pre-verified so your only decision is which one.

Confirmed availability for your exact dates — checked with the landlord, not read off a listing
All-in monthly cost, itemized: rent, deposits, pet fees, cleaning, utilities
House rules that matter: pets, max occupancy, parking, smoking
Distance to what matters: the facility, the school district, the worksite
Landlord verification status and responsiveness
Photos and property details — enough to decide without a site visit

Turnaround by file type

We match the urgency to the situation.

A family displaced overnight can't wait; a planned corporate move has room to breathe. So our turnaround flexes by file type — and we hold ourselves to it.

Insurance / ALE

Same business day

Displaced families are the clock that matters most. First vetted options land the same day the file comes in — often within hours.

Medical / travel nurse

Within 24 hours

Assignments have a start date, not a crisis. First options within a day, confirmed with the landlord and inside stipend.

Corporate

Within 48 hours

Planned relocations get the same rigor with a little more lead time — furnished or unfurnished, structured for corporate signature.

Harder files — rural markets, three pets, a tight budget — can run to the far end of the window, because we're calling more landlords, not because we've stopped. Either way you only pay if one of our options gets signed.
