- Monthly budget — the ALE allowance, the stipend, or the corporate cap.
- Bedrooms & occupants — so we match the standard of living, not just a price.
- Move-in date & duration — including "open-ended" if repairs or the assignment could run long.
- Furnished or unfurnished — or "either", and we present both where it makes sense.
- Pets & anything disqualifying — the constraints that matter most, up front.
